Resident Evil 0‘s remastered edition will try to give us more than just a lazily thrown together current-gen port. Remember what happened to other franchises: think of Dishonored, Prototype and Darksiders II on the PlayStation 4! Aside from the better graphics and the option for the modernized controls, we will also receive a new game mode. In it, we will be able to control Albert Wesker, one of the main bad guys of the Resident Evil saga.

Wesker isn’t going to be just a simple character – his glowing red eyes mean his virus is already in effect. Although his animations aren’t fluid (you can barely notice it, but check the first segment of the video when he attacks), it’s still an interesting addition by Capcom, to say the least. He can run ridiculously fast – in fact; it seems like he’s uncontrollable!

Resident Evil 0 HD will launch on January 19, 2016, on the PS4, PS3, X1, X360 and PC – you can also get it as part of the Resident Evil Origins Collection; it will include 1’s and 0’s HD version in retail version as well. It’s also launching on January 19, on the previously mentioned five platforms.
