Assassin’s Creed movie: The first image

The Assassin’s Creed movie, which is still almost a year away from its debut, is slowly starting to pick up the pace in marketing. Last time, we wrote about how it’s likely to receive its first trailer before the Batman v Superman movie. Now, we can see the first image from the movie thanks to Entertainment Weekly.

On the screenshot, we see not one, but two Assassins. Michael Fassbender, who’s also the producer of the film, is joined by Ariane Labed. This is better than nothing – Fassbender said that he needs to be in a bit better shape to fit the character. He already managed to do a roll after a fall. This is also required to make the movie something unique and not become one of the many movies out of game adaptations.

We’ll see how it fares on December 21, 2016. That’s when Assassin’s Creed is going to strike the cinemas. We only hope that the characters’ faces will not end up becoming horrifying due to a bug as seen in Assassin’s Creed Unity…

  1. I hope it will coming “fast”… And I hope it will not fall to “hole of the adaptation” like Alone in the dark.
