UPDATE: Fifteen minutes with the Japanese Witcher lookalike!
Nioh is going to be one of the PlayStation 4 exclusive titles this year, although it isn’t looking like to become a mainstream game. Team Ninja’s game, which does have a Japanese touch to it, as well as a Souls-style gameplay, is now seen on two more gameplay videos; one of them is from the Gamespot team.
ORIGINAL: Prepare for the next public test; the first alpha was just a warm-up.Team Ninja‘s Dark Souls was also out at the E3.
The team which has been receiving worldwide attention with Dead or Alive is now working on the Far East, Japanese art and history-inspired, PS4-exclusive action-RPG, which has decent results already. The Alpha Demo had over 850.000 participants, and that is a respectable result. The developers are taking the players feedback to improve the game even more; we might see some changes in the next demo that comes in August.
Tecmo Koei, the publisher, also brought a new video of Nioh – the protagonist still looks like a Japanese Geralt, isn’t he?
