Dissidia: Final Fantasy Expands With Three New Characters [VIDEO]

One of them moved over from Final Fantasy Type-0, while the other two newcomers are godlike. Literally.

Ace might be familiar to those who played Type-0 on PSP, or they had some time spent with the PlayStation 4/Xbox One HD re-release last year. Ace’s fighting style is a carbon copy of what we have seen in Type-0 before. Materia’s and Spiritus’ appearance might be surprising – these gods make their debut in the second video below.

Dissidia: Final Fantasy, developed by Team Ninja, is currently available in Japanese arcades only (since November), but Square Enix might pull the PlayStation 4 off in early 2017. The trailers are Japanese-only, but Dissidia might see a localized release next year.

If not, then, unfortunately, we can put another title into the ever growing pile of „Japanese-only, but decent games.”
