Despite the (full…) launch on November 4, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered received its launch trailer already.
We need to describe this situation: in case you pre-ordered this year’s Call of Duty, Infinite Warfare, on the PlayStation in the Deluxe or Digital Deluxe edition, you get a console-exclusive pre-order bonus. That is the chance to play through the campaign of the upgraded Modern Warfare thirty days early, which means you can get to play offline (but not the multiplayer!) from October 5. This choice might be one of the weirdest pre-order bonuses we have ever seen…
Call of Duty 4‘s current-gen version can’t be bought separately. You must spend at least 80 dollars or euros to get it next to Infinite Warfare, and you can’t launch the game without owning the 2016 Call of Duty title either.
We wouldn’t be surprised if we get a remastered World at War next year…
