A fighter returns from a previous installment.

In Tekken 6, we already saw Miguel, who’s now making another appearance. According to the background story, he’s seeking revenge on Jin Kazama, grandson of Heihachi Mishima, because her sister was killed during her wedding (can you say it’s the worst possible timing to lose your life?). We never went knee deep into Tekken‘s plot, but at least it’s there; we like the franchise for the fighting, after all!

Miguel Caballero Rojo will be one of the playable characters in the Unreal Engine 4-using Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, which should be out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in early 2017. In the plot, Akuma from Street Fighter will play an „essential role”, which we have yet to believe, though…

Will this game be better than Street Fighter V? As Capcom’s game also uses Unreal Engine 4, the comparison will be unavoidable between the two games…
