Final Fantasy XV has gone gold – the discs are now finally being manufactured a decade after the game’s initial announcement. It was about time, wasn’t it?
First off, there’s a brand new CG trailer, called Omen. This video was created by DIGIC Pictures, a Budapest-based company in Hungary. We’re proud to see our fellow Hungarians still put us on the gaming map. Also, Square Enix couldn’t have found anything better to promote the game a month before its release…
The development will now shift towards the creation of the Season Pass ($24.99). The main focus of the Season Pass is three original episodes that take place during the events of Final Fantasy XV. They are called Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto. Each episode will be available for purchase individually.
Following the release of the character episodes, Comrades – an expansion pack for Final Fantasy XV – will introduce a brand-new online co-op mode for up to four players which features intense battles allowing players to take full control of Noctis, Gladio, Prompto and Ignis as a group. Comrades will be available for separate purchase and is also included in the Season Pass.
Final Fantasy XV will be out on November 29 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
