Middle-Earth: Shadow of War: The New Nemesis System [VIDEO]

Will Shadow of War be better than Shadow of Mordor in every possible way?

Monolith has previously admitted that Shadow of War will effectively be what they originally wanted to make Shadow of Mordor three years ago, and becoming the „full experience” will have an effect on the Nemesis system, too. It gave a purpose, a reason to all your enemies, not just being „I kill the ork, I get the loot” type of characters. (Also, as usual, this video is courtesy of IGN First.)

There will be Nemesis Forts, which are strongholds made up several war chiefs. Like in Shadow of Mordor, you will have two options: you can try too take down the Chiefs one by one to weaken it or go in when you think you’re strong enough and take on everybody in a single shot.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is out on August 22/25 (NA/EU) on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
