Cliff Bleszinski‘s game is expanding from the PC.
CliffyB was formerly the lead designer of Gears of War, so you can’t say he has no experience in gaming. He has left those developers and joined Boss Key Productions to work on LawBreakers, a new FPS, which just recently had a beta on PC.
The PC and the 60 FPS PlayStation 4 version (which will be first shown at E3 in June) will launch at the same time later this year without a pay-to-win option: you can only buy cosmetics with microtransactions, and you can get everything by simply playing the game, making paying completely optional. (Something like Overwatch, then.) No Season Pass, every update will be free!
The arena shooter’s base price is going to be 30 dollars, so don’t expect to pay a lot to get all the content with LawBreakers. Also, we need to point out how CliffyB thinks cross-play is dumb!
(We love how the first line of the video description say that gravity can go f_ck itself…)
No. Cross play is dumb, buddy. 🙂 https://t.co/oQYm5qXz8l
