We’ll be able to try the game before it launches.
Electronic Arts pulled the usual move out of its hat here: if you pre-order Battlefront II, you can jump into the multiplayer beta earlier than the others on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (Origin). The beta will happen this autumn. The pre-ordering will also net you an upgraded Lightsaber Mastery Star Card for Yoda while supplies last. (How can you run out of supplies with such a thing…?)
We’ll hear more details during EA Play without a doubt today at 12 PM Pacific/3 PM Eastern, as aside from Need For Speed, Star Wars: Battlefront II, developed by DICE, Criterion, and Motive, will be playing a key role during the conference.
Star Wars: Battlefront II is out on November 17 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Have an image of Yoda and Darth Maul duking it out.
