Assassin’s Creed: Origins Will Be Single Player… But Not Entirely? [VIDEO]

Ubisoft’s next hope didn’t clear the air about the subject yet.

The game’s director, Ashraf Ismail has confirmed during the E3 Coliseum panel that Assassin’s Creed: Origins will be single player, but with some online functionalities. However, he did not go into detail what he meant by that comment. (Microtransactions…?) They are going to be enhancements, which could probably mean something like leaderboards, as Origins will strictly not have any multiplayer. It will also drop the minimap (Far Cry 5 will also do the same) – Skyrim’s effects will be present in Egypt as well, it seems.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins will launch on October 27 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Let’s hope that the sabbatical will have a good effect on the game.
