Dragon Age: Inquisition’s sequel seems more likely to happen than before.

The franchise’s creative director, Mike Laidlaw, was the guest of The 1099 podcast where he said „something is happening with Dragon Age,” and this had to be a reference to the new game being in development, as the Dragon Age team is „hiring a lot of people.” Laidlaw did not go into detail, but he did point out that BioWare is working on other projects, too, although he cannot talk about them yet.

If we think about the situation, it’s time for the new Dragon Age – Inquisition, which was touted by BioWare as the best launching game in their history, came out almost three years ago. Hopefully, the new game will be developed by the same dev team as the previous ones – with Mass Effect, the switch backfired.
