Koei Tecmo confirmed which platforms will receive the new Attack on Titan game in the West.
There’s a slight change compared to the Japanese lineup. The local target platforms will be the PlayStation 4, the Nintendo Switch, the PlayStation Vita, and the PC. However, there’s a change while going out from Japan: we won’t receive the PlayStation Vita version (which is a shame), and instead, the Xbox One is going to get a port. If only the Vita weren’t ignored outside Japan…
Attack on Titan 2 „offers players exhilarating action and new challenges, as it introduces the newly improved omnidirectional mobility gear offering advanced freedom of movement and targeting precision to counter enhanced Titan movements.
Players will be able to try their new moves against these fearsome Titans as they control characters from a Titan-sized roster! Outside of battle, they will be able to deepen their relationships with their fellow squad-mates while gaining greater insight into life within the walls thanks to more advanced RPG elements,” the press release says.
Attack on Titan 2 is out in early 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
