Ubisoft’s 2017 game also offers the usual discount, too.
Until May 6, For Honor is free to play on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and it’s also available for purchase with 75% off on the three platforms’ digital storefronts until May 15. During the free weekend, the twelve original characters, all multiplayer modes, as well as the campaign will be free to access – the latter one can be played cooperatively with a friend.
The Warrior Training Program also runs during the weekend, rewards collaboration between existing players and newcomers. Those who are teamed up with free players will get a Champion status for two weeks, earning more XP for loot for the teammates as well. Attention, you’ll need a PlayStation Plus or an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play For Honor for free!
The sixth season will launch on May 17, and it’ll bring a new map, Beachhead, which will be available for all modes except Tribute. No new characters will be added to the roster, but two of them (Orochi and Peacekeeper) will get changed drastically, although we have yet to see how. Also, players will be capable to „track all visuals they have obtained and then apply them on any gear they have in a separate in-game menu.”
Get ready to play then.
