Ovosonico rarely releases a game, but when the team does, it’s mostly a memorable product.
After 2014’s Murasaki Baby (PlayStation Vita) and 2017’s Last Day of June (PlayStation 4, PC, also on the Nintendo Switch since March), the Italian developer team has shown that they are capable of creating unique and memorable experiences.
No wonder that they have teamed up with 505 Games. With this decision, Ovosonico would like to expand its business in the independent AAA games market. They also moved to a new headquarters in Via Tortona, Milan, to grow their team and improve their infrastructure. They believe 505 Games provide them with the „resources and know-how of a recognized and successful international team.”
We can’t wait to see what Ovosonico makes, but we think we’ll have to wait about 1.5-2 years for more information, as they took three years after Murasaki Baby to make Last Day of June. They are looking for employees, so if you know Italian, give it a shot!
