This first-person adventure combines horror with stealth; will be released in 2019.
Former veterans after Painkiller, Bulletstorm or Gears of War have unveiled Unholy, a video game of terror and stealth in the first person that they plan to release on PC throughout the next year 2019. The team of Duality Games has taken advantage of the announcement to show a brief preview video of this dark title that promises to give us “multiple ways to face their challenges” while exploring a grotesque city of a nightmare.
In Unholy we play Saidah, a mother in search of her son who has been abducted by aliens and driven to a dark planet on the verge of death. The authors of the video game highlight that we can freely explore Last City, a “dark scenario never seen before”, using multiple combat strategies to evade death.
An interesting aspect has to do with the need to take care of the mental health of the protagonist since falling into madness will have consequences in the very development of the game. The video game also promises to stand out on a technological level with its commitment to the Unreal Engine.
