Horizon Zero Dawn Gets Outstanding Fan Sculpture!

A Reddit user, Rey1000 likes Guerrilla Games‘ game a lot, and he proves it!

After twelve weeks (!) of work, he introduced his sculpture featuring Aloy and a Watcher – he created them during a sculpture class. He wrote the following on Reddit: „Hi guys, This is my first sculpture I worked on in Gnomon School of VFX and Games. First time sculpting. The last clay sculpture was an ear. I was lucky to have a great teacher. The medium is medium NSP clay, so it was a big challenge to sculpt hard surface. I took inspiration from a bunch of concept armour and put my spin onto it. I love HZD. The game made me feel like a kid again with exploring and fighting big mecha dino in a foreign wasteland. I can’t’ wait for the sequel coming. Thanks, guys.”

A ton of positive, praising comment came, and one of them describes our thoughts down to a tee: „Stupidly amazing – check. Stupidly detailed – check. The perfect way to describe Horizon Zero Dawn – check.” Indeed, if it’s his first creation, we can’t wait to see the rest!
