The famous character creator of the comic world, Stan Lee, died on November 12, 2018, at 95 years old. This is reported by international media. The news of Lee’s death was confirmed by her daughter to the news portal specializing in the world of entertainment, TMZ.
According to the newspaper, “an ambulance arrived at Lee’s house in the Hollywood Hills on Monday morning, November 12.” “My father loved all his fans, he was the most decent and big man,” Stan Lee‘s daughter, Joan Celia Lee, told TMZ.
The creator of characters such as Hulk and Dr Strange was taken to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and died there, according to the newspaper. Until 2:00 pm the cause of Lee’s death was unknown.
In 1961, Lee started with Jack Kirby the franchise The Fantastic Four. Later he created characters like Spider-Man, Black Panther, Hulk, the X-Men, Iron Man and The Avengers. The cartoonist was also known for his repeated cameos in Marvel superhero movies. On one occasion in 2017, Lee joked about his appearances in the films and stressed that the special thing about them is that “a few seconds can be an eternity.”
