Borderlands 3 is Gearbox‘ biggest open secret: despite it being not announced, we know about its existence!

AllGamesDelta’s Twitter account noticed how Randy Pitchford, the boss of Gearbox, started talking about things that involve the number three. „My to-do list today has just three things on it, but I also have three meetings scheduled before 3 PM. Is the universe telling me something? Fun fact – today is day number 334 (number of days that have elapsed in the year). Yesterday was 333. It’s really interesting how human minds take so much meaning in arbitrary numbering systems and coincidence. People will lose their minds when the calendar flips to year 3000,” Pitchford wrote.

Three, three, three – unfortunately, it’s not Half-Life 3, „just” Borderlands 3, which Pitchford might refer to with his recent tweets. It’s about time we hear about Borderlands 3, as the previous game, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!, came out four years ago.

All we can do now is wait for The Game Awards to learn everything on December 6 (or December 7 if you are outside the Americas, and it seems this event might be outstanding this year with all the announcements…)
