Ashley Johnson, the voice of Ellie, has reacted to the tweet recently published by Neil Druckmann.
While Naughty Dog is on holidays (Druckmann, one of the key people of the team – he’s the creative director and co-writer of The Last of Us Part II), there is some news around the long-awaited PlayStation 4-exclusive, though. Druckmann’s tweet was discussed the last time, but Johnson’s reply on Instagram wasn’t mentioned yet – she wrote the following about the „heart-wrenching” scene’s shooting for the game: „What a week. We shot some heavy, heavy stuff. My body’s tired, but man oh man, my heart is full. Work is done, and vacation mode is activated. Happy Holidays.”
So, going by this reply, we can see how Johnson was worn down by the shooting, but it might mean decent results behind the effort whenever the PlayStation 4-exclusive The Last of Us Part II will launch. Until then, we can watch a burning car for two hours – we showed it the last time…

Killer shoot this week, including one of the most complicated and heart wrenching scene we’ve ever worked on. Time for some vacation! Happy holidays… more to come next year. ?: @Grosstastic pic.twitter.com/iQQ4WvIrqe
