Sony has pushed the PlayStation Classic‘s price tag even further down – they are almost begging us to buy the mini PS…
A few days ago, we mentioned how the PlayStation Classic‘s price was dropped to 70 dollars on Amazon, even though the emulator machine barely launched three weeks ago at that point. Well, the PS Classic is now in a freefall: DualShockers reports that most online retailers have slashed the price as low as sixty (!) dollars, which is funny, especially how we include Amazon’s and GameStop’s comments about „while supplies last” – yeah, the supplies that have been waiting in warehouses for weeks so “lucky” customers can acquire the PlayStation Classic…
However, this comment might also mean that Sony will likely not make a mini PlayStation 2 (where it would be even harder to put only a small slice of games on the console…), and the Japanese company is trying to get rid of the stock to never think about this product again…
Perhaps they are better off concentrating on the next PlayStation.
