This is EA’s big bet for this fall.
The EA Play event of the E3 2019 kicks off with a 15-minute presentation of Star Wars Jedi gameplay: Fallen Order. This is the first time we can appreciate its gameplay because before this we had only seen it in cinematics.
The video lets us glimpse its main character’s combat and mobility. As previously mentioned, the races have some inspiration in FromSoftware’s Dark Souls series: we have aggressive enemies, counterattacks and special techniques. Mobility, on the other hand, seems more inspired by games like Uncharted, Tomb Raider and (of course) the Titanfall series, for example. We can hold on to the wall, use a hook or even run along some vertical surfaces.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on November 15, and can be purchased in two different editions. You will not have DLC and will be totally focused on the campaign, a most unusual game profile in EA. If you want to continue the rest of the conferences, we remind you that you can see all the dates and times of E3 2019.
