The graphics of Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth improved by a fan!

New HD textures to improve the appearance of this horror adventure based on the work of Lovecraft: Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth.

Ridiculous_Death has released a new package of HD textures for Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. These improvements have a size of 5.5GB and will review all the textures of the game, so it will be an essential mod for everyone who wants to reproduce and enjoy the title of Call of Cthulhu with better quality.

You can download the HD texture pack, enhanced with AI, from here, with a very simple installation. All you have to do is put all the folders of the mod file in your game directory Call of Cthulhu – DCotE and you will be ready to play.

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is a first-person horror game that was released in 2006 and combines intense elements of action and adventure. Also, the title was developed by Headfirst Productions and was published by Bethesda.

All in all Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is a game that we can say is „okay,” not bad, but not the greatest thing ever. Unfortunately, the listed issues (especially the annoying save system) limits this game from becoming one of the big survival horror games, but if you are a true Lovecraft fan, or just like to try out a new thing, this game is worth a shot.

The game presents a wide variety of levels: from picturesque villages to extraterrestrial locations and also includes a Dynamic Sanity system that produces hallucinations, panic attacks, vertigo, paranoia and many more surprises. Recently we also present another similar story, with a graphic mod for Dark Messiah that improved the textures of this mythical adventure by the authors of Dishonored and Prey.
