Of all the games that have been cancelled in the past decade, Star Wars 1313 is perhaps the most controversial case — and the one that hurts fans the most. The EA and LucasArts game had it all: heart-stopping graphics, a promising singleplayer campaign, and the talent of Amy Hennig (Uncharted) in the role of director.
The images show what Coruscant looked like in an early demo version.
Some old (2010) artist shots of a prototype environment on Coruscant that would later become Star Wars 1313 – on Unreal Engine 3. So cool to see stuff like this.https://t.co/NjilsZZcWy

New screenshots of a prototype version of the game arrive from Reddit (via Shinobi602 on Twitter), recreated in the Unreal Engine 3 in 2010. The map included in this demo shows the streets of a city on the planet Coruscant, and it is a very early version of the game, the user interface is missing, but at least it includes some characters and holograms that, back then, looked really good.
Fans still dream of a playable prototype of the ambitious game leaking on the internet.
Star Wars 1313 was first seen in 2012. It was going to allow us to explore the underworld of the planet, where we would unravel a criminal plot and hunt down Republic leaders. After Disney took control of the series, the game was cancelled, LucasArts closed its doors, and EA refused to take this project under its wings.
The closest thing to SW1313 you can play today is the great Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order…
