Hellpoint, one of the many games whose arrival in stores has been compromised by the COVID-19 crisis this year has a new trailer. It’s a futuristic souls-like signed by the Canadian Cradle Games team. Originally, we were expected to be able to enjoy it in April, but a delay was announced that would take it to the second half of 2020. Today, we know its final release date.
Through a new trailer, attached to the news, its developers announce that Hellpoint will be available on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on July 30. And of course, this self-proclaimed hybrid between Dead Space and Dark Souls can now be pre-ordered.
The new video is focused on a cooperative multiplayer that has a co-op option, which, as it is in From Software games will work through summons. However, there seems to be no PvP, just co-op.
Set in an abandoned space station, Hellpoint is filled with an insane crowd, decadent demons, and monstrous creatures from deep space. All this under the constant threat of a black hole, and with the aim of unraveling a whole history of conspiracies, strange experiments and cursed rituals. If you want a preview of the experience, you can download the demo Hellpoint: Thespian Feast from Steam.
Hellpoint will arrive on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on July 30th.
