Airport Contraband: Avoid Pandemics Or Drug Trafficking [VIDEO]

The new simulator Airport Contraband will challenge our skills as security guards at an airport. You’ve always wanted this!

Simulators continue to expand their market by creating different types of video games to satisfy different audiences. As a good complement to the ambitious Microsoft Flight Simulator, Airport Contraband arrives on a smaller scale, which invites us to put ourselves in the shoes of a security guard.

Our job will be to prevent drug smuggling or a virus from becoming a pandemic through early detection at the airport. The project is run by veteran studio DRAGO Entertainment and arises in response to players’ growing interest in simulation titles. “The new content will include a greater focus on smuggling and scenarios for dealing with epidemic and pandemic outbreaks,” says studio chief Lucjan Mikociak.

Airport Contraband is scheduled to arrive on PC via Steam in 2021, including a revamped career mode and setting us up at a small airport in South America. The game will even allow us to accept kickbacks by violators, or instead do our job and apply the law to those who break the security rules.

And speaking of simulators, the previously mentioned Flight Simulator is preparing to take off very soon. Microsoft’s proposal has just presented its new trailer and has announced its expected release date, August 18.
