The Spider-Man character exclusive to Marvel’s Avengers will only be available on PS4 and PS5, now we also know when.
The presence of Spider-Man as an exclusive character in the PS4 and PS5 versions of Marvel’s Avengers continues to confuse fans of the game. A fact that has led to a boycott promoted by Xbox users in the absence of the ‘Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ on their consoles. But now, the date on which the good old Peter Parker will arrive exclusively on the PlayStation family of consoles has been leaked.
Although from Crystal Dynamics they have not done anything official about it, the GAME chain of stores, in its British subsidiary, has shown an image in which they point out the arrival date of the Spider-Man DLC for Marvel’s Avengers. It has been a Reddit user who has noticed and, according to this ad banner, Spider-Man will join the cast of Avengers in March 2021.
In any case, as it is not an official announcement, for the moment that date must be taken as a guide since it could have been an error in the chain of stores specialized in video games. Although we already know that this type of leaks and errors are becoming a constant in the video game sector.
Marvel’s Avengers is scheduled to launch on September 4 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. And later will do the same on PS5 and Xbox Series X. The downloadable content of the title, conceived as a game in service, has been criticized in recent weeks. Not only for the exclusivity of Spider-Man but also for its own content for the adventure of some mobile phone operators.
