The Medium: Troy Baker Is The Voice Of Evil Again

The Medium frightens us with a new video in which Troy Baker voices the darkness that dominates the game.

Lovers of survival horror have their attention fixed on The Medium, a proposal developed by Bloober Team (Blair Witch, Observer, Layers of Fear) that is preparing its arrival on Xbox Series X and PC by the end of 2020. The studio has shared a curious video that will let us know more about the terrifying aspect of the adventure and its dubbing.

As confirmed a few days ago, he is no smaller figure than veteran gaming voice actor Troy Baker (Joel in The Last of Us, Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Samuel Drake in Uncharted 4, Rhys in Tales from the Borderlands, but to mention an absolutely evil role, Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, among many other AAA roles) will become the voice of The Maw, an entity constantly present during the adventure between the two worlds. Bloober Team has shared on its Twitter account a video with Baker in a fragment of the recording of his character, joining the particular personality that the evil being will have, created to put fear in our bodies. The result is breathtaking.

Troy Baker is one of the most active voice actors in the world of video games.

In The Medium, we will take the role of Marianne, who will travel between two worlds in an adventure of psychological terror ready to shrink our hearts. Troy Baker’s video makes us tremble with the guttural sounds produced by the enemy entity, which we will have to avoid throughout the adventure. To that we must add the talent of Akira Yamaoka, the popular composer of the Silent Hill saga will capture his notes in this adventure.

Bloober Team has been publishing a lot of related information about the game for several days, which makes us confident that the announcement about the release date of The Medium is close.

In the meantime, however, let PC gamers take a look at the System Requirements!
