Stray Blade will take us to a fantasy world with a beautiful artistic section on PC and next-generation consoles.

505 Games and Point Blank Games have announced Stray Blade, a fantasy medieval action RPG focused on exploration, in an adventure game with intense combat. The environments will change, directly affecting our gameplay, creating new and exciting challenges. In Stray Blade, we will fight to regain our freedom as we explore a world of ancient ruins.

The scenarios promise to be wholly reactive, and we will have to search in them for materials that we will use to survive against legendary rivals. Our journey will take us to Acrea to learn how the valley became a place of war and death, with stories passed through dynasties over the centuries.

The combat system will allow us quick reactions with precise attacks, mixing strategy with high-reflex combat. Our actions will lead us to more significant challenges as we move forward to deal with the circumstances presented to us. With a colourful artistic section, we will tour Acrea together with our faithful companion.

The scan is shown as one of the pillars of Stray Blade, adding elements Metroidvania with Souls fighting type. We can move forward and back to find new areas while exploring a world full of secrets and changing landscapes. Stray Blade is coming to PC, Xbox Series X | S, and PS5 by 2022.
