Hyung-Tae Kim, the CEO of Shift Up – is a very happy and generous man after his company’s game Project Eve got shown on Sony’s Showcase, so much so that he bought a PS5 for every member of the staff
Project Eve was originally announced back in 2019 for PS4, Xbox and PC, however after nearly three years of silence, the game was revealed once again this September for the PS5, and it looks rather stunning.
The developers announced no date as to when we will get to play and take back the Earth from the invading aliens. The invading forces are called NA:tives, and they have pretty much taken over most of the world, and mankind was forced to relocate to the Colony – humanity’s last refuge.
Combat looks reminiscent of a mix of Nier Automata and Bayonetta, the same goes for the character design. As it almost reminds me of Bayonetta with its skin suit and good looks.
The company’s CEO bought 260 PS5s to be given out to the staff, which must have taken a long time to get in this current scalpers and chip shortages. Hopefully, the employees will be able to enjoy the machines, and their game will be a success.
You can see some of the pictures of the PS5s arriving to the company office on the below twitter account
Well he just had his game shown at a major PlayStation conference. Probably wouldn't be too hard to secure 260 units.
The CEO said that he chose PS5's as the surprise gift so that all employees can play the game when it comes out. https://t.co/eJcqrqHzpk pic.twitter.com/yuU8AP80q5
