Jason Garza, the Community Coordinator at Respawn Entertainment, has spoken about a possible new instalment in the Titanfall saga.
Ever since Apex Legends “replaced” a new Titanfall instalment, the gamer community has been anxiously awaiting updates on a possible Titanfall 3. However, Respawn Entertainment has other plans, community coordinator Jason Garza commented during a live broadcast.
This broadcast took place on September 20, where Jason Garza was asked to “say anything about Titanfall yet”, to which he jokingly replied that it’s an old game with lots of mechs. He then put the joke aside and commented:
“Don’t get your hopes up!
“I’ve said this before. We are not working on anything about this. There is nothing. There are many other titles we are working on.”
Following this response, someone commented that “time to give up on Titanfall getting it right”. This person referred to the recent hacking problems with the second game, even going so far as to mention an alleged exploit that targeted other people’s computers. However, Garza said that he was only referring to the future of the series and that they are working on these problems.
It’s not just Titanfall that’s in trouble, because while that’s another topic, Apex Legends has also been suffering since he was fired for a comment it made fourteen years ago about one of its lead designers.
