In Microsoft‘s regular update, we’ve found out what the first major new feature of their Xbox Game Pass subscription system is.
Totally Accurate Battle Simulator is already available (console [Xbox Series, Xbox One], PC, cloud [it covers pretty much everything…], ID@Xbox [indie title]). On October 7, The Procession to Calvary (console, PC, cloud, ID@Xbox) and Visage (console, PC, cloud, ID@Xbox) will arrive. On October 12, Back 4 Blood launches and debuts in the service (console, PC, cloud), together with Destiny 2: Beyond Light (PC). On October 14, Ring of Pain (console, PC, cloud, ID@Xbox), and The Riftbreaker (Xbox Series (!), PC, cloud, ID@Xbox) join, followed by The Good Life on October 15 (console, PC, cloud, ID@Xbox). The latter two titles are launching right into the service.
Xbox Game Pass is also available on Windows 11. Microsoft reminds us of the availability of AI: The Somnium Files (console, PC, cloud), Dandy Ace (console, PC, cloud, ID@Xbox), Lemnis Gate (cloud), Marvel’s Avengers (console, PC, cloud), Scarlet Nexus (console, PC, cloud), and Unsighted (cloud, ID@Xbox). Regarding DLC, Minecraft’s Seaside Story and Sea of Thieves’ fourth season are available. You can get Wasteland 3’s The Cult of the Holy Destination with a ten and the Colorado Collection DLC with a 20% discount, respectively if you have a Game Pass subscription. Via EA Play, Battlefield 2042’s early access open beta runs on October 6 and 7, and EA Play also offers a ten-hour trial for NHL 22 from October 7 to 15. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perk is the Skilling and Currency Pack in Runescape.
And finally, the departing games: on the 15th, Gonner2 (console, PC, cloud), Heave Ho (PC), Katana Zero (console, PC, cloud), Scourgebringer (console, PC, cloud), Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition (console, PC) and The Swords of Ditto (PC) will be leaving Xbox Game Pass.
