Monster Hunter Rise has been rumoured to be coming to Xbox, but now Xbox Game Pass itself has confirmed the suspicion.
Microsoft is constantly improving Xbox Game Pass by adding new games. Now the rumour that Monster Hunter Rise is joining the line-up has been confirmed.
The German Xbox Twitter account has confirmed that Monster Hunter Rise will be coming to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass in 2023 and has lifted the veil on the possible date with a Palico clip from Capcom’s game.
According to a tweet from the German Xbox Twitter account, Monster Hunter Rise will join Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on January 20, 2023, which has been heavily rumoured for days. The announcement was accompanied by a GIF of a Palico on his knees, reaching for a weapon dropped at his feet before looking up at a fearsome monster, replaced by the game’s logo and the all-important Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass date. In addition to being added to the Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscription service in January, Monster Hunter Rise will also be available to purchase independently on Xbox on that date.
While platforms like the Nintendo Switch have multiple Monster Hunter titles to choose from, only Monster Hunter World and its companion will be available on Xbox.
Capcom fans have long missed the game on consoles. Some rumours suggest that Monster Hunter Rise is coming to PlayStation and Xbox. An announcement from the German Xbox Twitter account may hint at this. Perhaps PS4 and PS5 fans can get the game at this time.
Many Monster Hunter fans have already expressed their enthusiasm for Monster Hunter Rise coming to PlayStation and Xbox. Many Game Pass subscribers are eagerly awaiting the January date.
