As usual, a few titles left the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers in January 2023.
As previously reported, a total of eleven games left PlayStation Plus in January 2023. The catalogues were updated yesterday, Tuesday, 17 January, when this month’s new additions became available. The list includes some notable titles, although perhaps none of them is genuinely mind-blowing (except for Space Hulk: Tactics – it’s always a pain when a Warhammer game leaves, even if it wasn’t the most successful…)
The list of PS Plus Extra and Premium games that will be leaving in January 2023:
- Seasons After Fall
- Bound By Flame
- Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom
- Masters of Anima
- The Council (complete season)
- Electronic Super Joy
- Jumpjet Rex
- Leo’s Fortune HD Edition
- Enigmatis: The Ghost of Maple Creek
- Space Hulk: Tactics
- The Last Tinker: City of Colors
Another more memorable title that left the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalogue in January 2023 is Bound by Flame. It’s a fantasy-themed action role-playing game released on 9 May 2014. In Bound by Flame, the player is possessed by a demon. We must decide whether to accept the evil power offered to us or reject it in order to hone our heroic skills.
Players can choose from three preset character models when creating their own hero. Various “heroic” missions are then carried out over several chapters. Some chapters offer different scenarios and different experiences based on the player’s choices. It was good hack ‘n’ slash fun, too bad.
