MOVIE NEWS – The seventh part of the robot cinema series, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, was surprisingly short.
You don’t need to be afraid, the film is still 2 hours and 7 minutes long, and everything that the audience expects based on the successes so far has fit into this duration. In other words, the cinema is very dense, the ample two-hour playing time can only seem short compared to previous opuses. The record for brevity is held by the one earlier film, Śrdongó, with 1 hour and 54 minutes, but you can’t really complain about the beginning in this regard. The first piece that started the series was 2 hours and 24 minutes long, while at the top it brought a 2 hour and 45 minute frenzy of The Age of Extinction.
On the basis of the previews, there were a lot of good reviews, which also talk about why Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is not trying to win laurels with its length . The judges point out that the new film places a lot of emphasis on the development of the characters, thus laying the groundwork for the new series, and therefore more sparingly dispenses the crushing, which was the trademark of Michael Bay, who scored the first five films. By the way, even if Bay has given up directing, he is still the producer of the franchise, which guarantees stunning visuals and literally explosive actions.
Critics praising the film emphasize that its music is already worth the price of the cinema ticket, because the hip-hop of the nineties never sounded as good as it does now, when the robot chase and break- provides the rhythm for crushing. Wu-Tang Clan, LL COOL J or Notorious B.I.G. just a few big names from the classics. The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts playlist is available on Spotify .
