WeGame Tonight 2024 is an event in China, where it’s a given that Game Science will be present, being a Chinese studio.

Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG rooted in Chinese mythology. The story is based on Journey to the West, one of the four great classic novels of Chinese literature. The release of Game Science’s game is not far away, although there is still a chance that the Chinese studio could postpone the release, because in three months a lot of things can happen that we can’t even predict. But hopefully that won’t happen, so we just have to be patient, because if we have survived the few years since the announcement, the rest of the time won’t be so difficult.

Black Myth: Wukong will be released on August 20th for PlayStation 5, Xbox consoles and PC (where it will also be available via Steam and the Epic Games Store). It’s rare for a small indie developer to go multiplatform right out of the gate.
