Nintendo Switch 2 Launch Time Might Have Leaked: Release Window Has Been Narrowed!

TECH NEWS – The Nintendo Switch 2 release date has been narrowed down massively by several developers…

We all know that the Nintendo Switch 2 is on the way, but there is no official information about when it will arrive. However, that could change soon.

Nintendo officially (more or less) announced the Switch successor earlier this year, but as of this writing, we still don’t have a firm release date. We can only assume that the latest handheld console will be released sometime in 2025.

When Nintendo officially announces the Switch 2, fans will not only expect it to be better than its predecessor in almost every way, but also to be able to play the long-awaited remasters of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess on it, as we previously reported.

It’s true that both titles received HD remasters on the Wii U, but considering it’s one of Nintendo’s least successful consoles, there are plenty of gamers who never got a chance to play the remastered versions of The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess.

It seems like not a day goes by without another batch of Nintendo Switch 2 rumours surfacing on social media, and the latest one is once again related to the release date.

As reported by TweakTown (via Nintenduo.com), at least six developers have reportedly confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be released between June and July 2025. They also claim that the price of the NS2 will be between $419 and $524, which is around £330 and £410 for those in the UK.

Of course, these are unconfirmed rumours for now. So, until proven otherwise, treat them with caution. Nevertheless, hopefully, Nintendo will soon put us out of our misery by releasing official Switch 2 details in the coming months.

If official details about the Nintendo Switch 2 are released, we will definitely report on them – keep an eye on the page!
