Tides of Annihilation: Exploring London’s New Shape Even More [VIDEO]

We could be reminded of Shadow of Colossus by what Eclipse Glow Games is doing… but what was announced during the State of Play has nothing to do with Fumito Ueda!

Tides of Annihilation is a fantasy action-adventure game inspired by the Arthurian legend. Uncover the mystery of an otherworldly invasion in a shattered modern London that unleashes hordes of enemies. As Gwendolyn, fight alongside ghostly knights to save your family and piece together a shattered world. A once vibrant London has been torn apart into an eerie reflection of itself – its buildings twisted, its lifeforms transformed, and its history shrouded in shadow. Venture into this devastated world to uncover hidden truths and find a way to save your family, your city, and the very fabric of reality itself.

Experience a unique knightly combat system that allows you to command a band of over ten legendary knights. Inspired by Arthurian lore, each knight brings unique skills and abilities to your team. Combine their powers to create your own battle strategies and unleash awe-inspiring cooperative attacks. Forge a path to victory with your personal Order of Knights. Towering like mountains, the colossal knights that roam Greater London are more than just set pieces – they are an integral part of your journey. Engage in epic battles with these mighty giants, scale their massive forms, and delve into their palatial depths to uncover the great stories that define their existence.

The footage shown during State of Play wasn’t that long, so now we get to see a lot more of Eclipse Glow Games’ game, as an 11-minute gameplay video has surfaced (embedded below). The fantasy action-adventure looks even more appealing than the State of Play trailer.

Tides of Annihilation, which will take over 30 hours to play through, has no release date yet, but the target platforms are known (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC).
