Cronos: The New Dawn Stuns Early Testers
Cronos: The New Dawn made a splash at its first closed-door demo, impressing everyone who got a glimpse. While many attendees are still bound by NDAs, the Polish horror group Project Parsol had hands-on time and shared their impressions online.
“I had the pleasure of attending the event organized by Bloober Team. It was a unique break from the daily grind and an excellent opportunity to try out Cronos: The New Dawn. The organizers showed immense dedication, and the publishers’ statements were full of passion,” one tester wrote. “The atmosphere was so intense that the game seemed to permeate our world, with the past merging into the present, creating an immersive and unforgettable experience,” they added (via N4G).
“Although I can’t reveal all the details yet, I can assure you that the upcoming production will be of a high standard, and fans of the Resident Evil saga will undoubtedly be delighted.” Cronos: The New Dawn is set in post-apocalyptic Poland and draws inspiration from horror classics like Dead Space, Resident Evil, and John Carpenter’s The Thing. The game is slated for release this fall, with an exact date yet to be announced, and it’s already shaping up to be a contender for 2025’s best horror title.
