Lost Soul Aside: What Can We Expect on PlayStation 5 Pro and PC? [VIDEO]

Days ahead of launch, Ultizero Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment pulled back the curtain one last time, detailing PS5 Pro upgrades and PC-specific features.

On PS5 Pro, expect dynamic 4K plus enhanced ray-traced reflections, shadows, and global illumination that add striking depth and realism. The beefier GPU delivers higher-quality textures, denser particle effects, and faster loads via the ultra-fast SSD. You also get a higher, steadier frame rate for fluid, responsive combat—even in the most chaotic encounters.

PS5 Pro Enhancements

Dynamic 4K, upgraded RT lighting (reflections, shadows, GI), sharper overall image and smoother battles. The console’s stronger GPU pushes texture detail and particle density while slashing load times.

PC Perks and DualSense Support

PC gets four platform-specific upgrades designed to squeeze the most out of your rig. The DualSense controller is supported natively—connect via USB-C or Bluetooth (full functionality requires USB-C)—with no extra drivers. Adaptive triggers provide unique resistance curves per weapon and mechanism, while finely tuned haptics mirror on-screen action from clashing steel to splashing water. Run at native 4K (3840×2160) with multi-monitor support and HDR for deeper blacks and punchy neon highlights.

Ray Tracing, Upscalers, and Performance

Real-time RT reflections, GI, and shadows make crystal-clear water, polished armor, and metallic blades reflect the world around them. Sunbeams piercing cloud cover and diffused neon add cinematic volume, while high-res soft shadows shift naturally with the light. DLSS 4, FSR, and Frame Generation are in play to keep 4K/60 running smoothly—even on more modest hardware.

PSN Linking and Cross-Sync Achievements

At first boot you can link your PlayStation Network account so achievements earned on PC sync to PSN—and vice versa. It’s truly “unlock once, show it everywhere,” letting your Platinum chase continue seamlessly across platforms.

Developer Message

“What began as a solo prototype grew—through years of iteration, the incredible support of Sony Interactive Entertainment’s China Hero Project, and the encouragement of a passionate community—into the full-scale action RPG you see today. In our new behind-the-scenes video, you’ll meet the Ultizero Games team and hear how passion, challenges, and breakthroughs shaped every strike, combo, and boss fight.”Yang Bing, PlayStation Blog
