What PC Specs Do You Need to Run the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta? [VIDEO]

Microsoft’s game will soon be available to try out, and it’s good to know the system requirements, but luckily they’ve filled that gap.

Let’s take a look at what PC you’ll need for this year’s Call of Duty beta. This will presumably change for the full game release:

Minimum system requirements:

  • Operating system: Windows 10 x64 (with latest update)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-6600 / AMD Ryzen 5 1400
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 / AMD Radeon RX 470 / Intel Arc A750
  • VRAM: 3 GB
  • Free storage: minimum 149 GB, SSD required
  • DirectX-compatible sound card
  • Broadband internet connection

Recommended system requirements:

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or 11 x64 (with latest update)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K / AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 / AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
  • VRAM: 8 GB
  • Free storage: minimum 149 GB, SSD required
  • DirectX-compatible sound card
  • Broadband internet connection

Pre-order and Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to play from August 30 through September 4. There will also be an open beta from September 6 to 9. The minimum system requirement will presumably be 30 FPS frame rate on low to medium settings, while the recommended system requirement may reach 60 FPS on higher settings. Interestingly, even if you go to the Steam page for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the only thing it says besides the system requirements is that you need to associate a phone number with your Steam account to play.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on October 25th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Xbox Game Pass (Ultimate) subscribers will have access to the game on day one. Call of Duty 2024 will most likely be the last Call of Duty for consoles released in 2013, as the current console generation is now nearly four years old.
