New Generation Products from Leading Wearable Device Manufacturer Set to Launch in September

TECH NEWS – Huawei remains a key player in the global wearable devices market, according to the latest report from the independent research firm IDC. The company plans to unveil a range of new products, including smartwatches and tablets, at its international product launch in September. Pre-orders for these new products have also started in Hungary, offering discounts and complimentary gifts between September 19 and 30.

 

According to the IDC report, Huawei achieved a 55.1% year-over-year growth in wearable device shipments in the first half of 2024. This performance has secured the company the top position in the global market for two consecutive quarters, reflecting increasing consumer confidence in its products. At its international product launch on September 19, the company will introduce new wearables, including innovative smartwatches and tablets.

The event will highlight the new models in the HUAWEI WATCH GT smartwatch series, which are expected to feature the company’s newly introduced HUAWEI TruSense system, offering advanced health and fitness tracking capabilities. The new series emphasizes sharp lines and premium materials, such as titanium alloy and white ceramic.

 

Promotions for New Models

 

Huawei offers a complimentary pair of HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i wireless earbuds and a 5,000 HUF discount with any purchase of the new WATCH GT models between September 19 and 30 on the Euronics or MediaMarkt websites. To qualify, customers must register between September 10 and September 18, 2024. Pre-orders do not require any upfront payment.

 

New Offerings in the Tablet Segment

 

The premium WATCH Ultimate smartwatch series will also see a new model launch, which will include golf-related features. Huawei is also expanding its tablet lineup with new models, including the HUAWEI MatePad Pro and HUAWEI MatePad. The MatePad Pro series introduces the Tandem OLED PaperMatte display, which reduces glare and provides a paper-like writing experience, offering new possibilities for digital creativity.
