Nosferatu Breaks a Rare Record

MOVIE NEWS – Nosferatu has crossed the $100 million mark, which is a rare record because artistic horror films don’t usually achieve such a feat – especially not in ten days, and the counter is still ticking.

Not only the audience but also the critics love the film. Newsweek celebrates Robert Eggers’ work by saying that with this pleasant surprise, the post-pandemic recovery of cinema continues convincingly. According to the Guardian, there is a beautiful and seductive beauty in the film, which is why the viewer cannot escape Eggers’ fever-dream-like vision anytime soon. The film has an 85 percent rating on the RottenTomatoes review portal, where the judges’ opinions are summarized as follows: Robert Eggers’ wonderfully directed work is a giant of horror films, which is both repulsive and fatally seductive.

Bill Skarsgard, who plays the bloodsucking Transylvanian count, previously increased the anticipation for the film by saying that preparing for the role was difficult and uplifting work, but he never wants to play such a terrible character again.
