A new trailer has emerged from Ghost Games, which – as usual – combines the gameplay and some in-game engine footage (Frostbite 3 – what else would it be? After all, it’s Electronic Arts), presenting the way of how to unlock new items and progression in the game. This isn’t going to be a big surprise, as we saw this in earlier games.
The trailer mentiones REP, which means reputation points. The more you have, the more cars, events, customization options will be unlocked. This was already the case in Underground 2 eleven years ago, so there is nothing new revolutionary here by Ghost Games. However, you have to consider the Five Ways to Play, which is Speed, Style, Build, Crew and Outlaw. We already detailed which category requires what certain style to play, so we wouldn’t bore you with them. Don’t expect nothing new about these either, but the presentation might make them intriguing.
How will the game fare? We’ll see on November 3, that is the US release, followed by the European release two days later on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Need for Speed will require an internet connection to play.
