The villain from the first Kingdom Come has opened his own Twitch channel—not to gloat, but to clear his name and paint Henry as the true antihero of Warhorse Studios’ epic RPG. Logan Hillier, the voice behind Sir Istvan Toth, is now on Twitch, spinning some pretty wild (and surprisingly logical) theories about the game’s protagonist. The community, especially the “Band of Evil,” can’t get enough.
Who doesn’t love a good plot twist? Especially in a rich, immersive RPG like Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, where even the hero’s morality is up for debate. Sir Istvan Toth, villain of the saga’s first chapter, is now stirring things up by claiming Henry might not be the hero everyone thinks he is.
The “Band of Evil’s” New Favorite Twitch Channel
But of course, nothing’s as simple as it seems. Logan Hillier—the actor behind the sinister Sir Toth—recently shocked fans on his Twitch stream by suggesting that Henry is the series’ true antagonist, and he actually makes some compelling points. His streams have sparked lively debate about who’s really good or evil in the world of Kingdom Come.
It turns out, the actors who voice the game’s antagonists are big on fan engagement. Michael Pitthan (Sir Radzig), Jim Hig (Captain Erik), and Hillier himself are all active on X, discussing fan theories and interacting with the “Band of Evil,” a devoted group of villain fans. Just days ago, Hillier started streaming the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance, dropping theory after theory about Henry’s questionable moral standing—much to the delight of his villain-loving audience.
Anyone who’s played the game knows Sir Istvan can come across as a cruel, arrogant noble, but as Hillier points out, that’s only because we’re seeing things through Henry’s eyes. As they say, history is written by the victors—and Warhorse’s RPGs never give you simple “good vs. evil.” Sir Toth makes a convincing case for himself on stream, and fans are rethinking everything they thought they knew.
How “Evil” Is Henry, Really?
While streaming his playthrough, Hillier dropped hints that he knows what’s coming in the sequel, too. He reminded viewers that Henry gets the “hero” label just because we control him—but he’s just as ruthless when it counts, and sometimes even when he claims to be pacifist.
According to Sir Istvan’s in-game voice, his character wasn’t purely selfish, either: supporting King Sigismund and orchestrating Skalitz’s training of Henry are just two examples of how blurry the lines get between friend and foe. Many “Band of Evil” fans openly admit to making the darkest choices in the game, treating those outcomes as canon—and Hillier’s theories only fan the flames.
Fans are now eagerly awaiting Hillier’s next Twitch session, hoping the other “villain” actors will join in. Whether for the lore, the jokes, or just to watch a “bad guy” flip the script on one of the best medieval RPGs, the Band of Evil is more hyped than ever.
