PlayStation Plus Essential: What’s Coming in November 2025?

Another month is coming to an end, and Sony has announced the games that PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive, regardless of their subscription level.

This time, however, the game list was leaked, and it turned out to be accurate. We didn’t expect anything else, as PlayStation Plus games have always been accurately leaked by Billbil-Kun on the Dealabs website. Can we count on his information from now on? In any case, we’re happy about the leak. Let’s take a look at what PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra, and PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers will receive for the last month of fall.

The headline game of the month is Stray for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Billbil-kun leaked this game, which was previously available on PlayStation Plus Extra starting in the summer of 2022. So, yes, Sony didn’t really have anything new to offer. The second game probably cost Sony very little, as it is EA Sports WRC 24 for the PlayStation 5. Electronic Arts has only created one game from the World Rally Championship license, so we must ask: What was the point of taking it over from Kylotonn? The third game is another indie game, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4). This time, they tried to offer something for PlayStation 4 owners, but Sony has said this won’t be guaranteed after 2026.

There is still time until November 3 to catch up on October’s offerings. They are: Alan Wake II (PlayStation 5), Goat Simulator 3 (PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4), and Cocoon (PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4). We would like to ask Sony if they could offer something stronger than these. They offered a “repeat,” a one-off game, and an indie title. This lineup is not particularly strong.

Perhaps they should offer something developed in-house (first-party).
