Samsung: the Galaxy S26 finally tears down one of the most annoying walls between it and the iPhone

TECH NEWS – Samsung Electronics is bringing AirDrop support to the Galaxy S26 series, allowing users to share content more easily across different devices through the Quick Share feature.

 

The rollout begins on March 23 in South Korea, followed by additional regions including Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Latin America, North America, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. AirDrop support will first be available on Galaxy S26 series devices, while Samsung says details regarding availability on additional devices will be announced later.
