Electronic Arts had a good choice of background music for Need For Speed‘s launch trailer. The game will launch – on consoles at least – next week, but PC owners will have to wait until 2016, as that port got delayed. Still, this song its perfectly, because illegal night racing is not that far away from gangsters. Thus, Coolio’s Gangsta’s Paradise is a nice choice for Ghost Games‘ work, isn’t it?
Ventura Bay is ready for the Need For Speed reboot, which will require a constant internetconnection to play. It will have mechanical and optical tuning though, and of course, the police won’t just sit around eating doughnuts in their cars, because they will chase us down.
Reputation (or REP) will be hugely important in the game, and we can only get that with good results. Seeing how many styles await us (from crew racing to escaping the police, there is a wide variety), it only depends on us on how we will end up as kings of Ventura Bay‘s roads…
