Microsoft got caught again with this exclusivity thing.
During their E3 presentation, Dead Rising 4 was revealed, but we knew a lot of information about it before the reveal due to multiple leaks. Frank West is returning, and, of course, he is about to kick some zombie butt as usual.
We also know the release date: Dead Rising 4 will first launch on the Xbox One and Windows 10 on December 6.
Mind you; we wrote „first” in the previous sentence. The game will be available for other platforms, too – Microsoft has a one-year exclusivity, similar to Rise of the Tomb Raider. Windows 10 has a three-month priority before the game drops on Steam. Capcom Vancouver also confirmed in the tweet below that Dead Rising will not stay Microsoft-exclusive.
Would you appreciate if the game would be available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo NX?
@KrisJHix @CapcomUS @Xbox You’ll be able to play it first on Xbox One and Windows 10.
