Square Enix Ltd. today announced that Bravely Default II would make its debut on PC via Steam on September 2, 2021.
Fans can save 10% on the game by purchasing it through STEAM until September 13, 2021. Previously available on the Nintendo Switch system, Bravely Default II follows the adventures of four unlikely heroes, Seth, Gloria, Elvis, and Adelle, as they set out across the land of Excillant in search of four elemental crystals.
This same year, Bravely Default II arrived on Nintendo Switch, the new Team Asano game that, although it did not surprise us as much as its first instalment, emerged as an excellent RPG, heir to the classic Final Fantasy, with a brilliant artistic and musical section, but with a somewhat less compelling story. All in all, the game delivered and was able to conquer the most veteran Japanese RPG players.
Until now, the game had been exclusive to Nintendo Switch, but today Square Enix has surprised us with the announcement of the title’s arrival on PC, and it does so imminently, in a week. It is now available to pre-order on Steam, and its release date has been confirmed for September 2, with an exclusive 10% discount for those who buy it before September 13, 2021. It will be available with audio in English and Japanese.
The Team Asano has also been responsible for other magnificent JRPG as Octopath Traveler. In Bravely Default II, the game shines for a solid combat system, which knows how to use everything learned from the great exponents of the old school very well, with the importance of tactics that gives it great depth.
Bravely Default II is a beautiful game that continues with what was seen in previous instalments and with a simply impeccable soundtrack. Bravely Default II was marked by development difficulties and the delay in its launch on Nintendo Switch due to the global health crisis. Square Enix has been able to thank the opinions received by the players since they had a significant weight in the development after the demo.
